No ordinary alarm clock, the Lumie Bodyclock Luxe 700FM Wake Up Light Alarm comes with an LED system that mimics the light of sunrise to gently wake you in a more natural way. Additionally, at night you can set the alarm to create a sunset effect to gently remind your body that it is time to go to sleep. Going to sleep and waking up in this way has been proven to help regulate your sleep-wake cycle which can also aid in boosting your mood, energy and productivity levels.

Fully customisable you can choose the duration of the sunset and sunrise modes. You can also adapt the intensity of the sunrise alarm and add complementary sleep/wake sounds. You can also set up different sleep and wake times for every day of the week – allowing you to have a lie in on the weekend without having to turn off your alarm.

The Bodyclock comes with cloth covered speakers that can be used throughout the day with FM radio and Bluetooth connection.
