Gaerne Hurricane MTB SPD Shoes

Made from a soft, highly perforated microfibre upper and featuring a 'Comfort-Fit' tongue the Hurricane MTB Cycling Shoes mould brilliantly to your feet and ensure freshness even after a hot summer mountain bike ride. This excellent airflow is also complemented by the anatomically shaped 'Transpiration Insole', it supports the foot perfectly during pedalling thanks to a Tarsal Support System while micro-perforations let air circulate easily. The integrated heel-cup features both an anti-slip grip and an anti-tendonitis shape for an exceptional foothold and perfect comfort as you apply the power.

When it comes to getting a secure and comfortable fit for mountain biking, you can't beat the lightweight BOA L6 dial system. Applying even pressure over the whole foot, it allows for a snug and precise fit, perfectly matching the snug fit of the upper design. And with no straps or laces causing obstructions it allows for greater air circulation across the front of the foot. 

MTB 2Density Sole 7.0

Made from a composite of nylon and fibreglass, the MTB 2Density Sole 7.0 is both light and durable. It offers excellent pedalling efficiency, rated 7 out of 12 for stiffness, but with enough give for comfort over rough terrain and when walking. When you're off the bike the aggressive tread pattern gives tenacious grip across a variety of terrain.

These shoes are compatible with MTB pedal systems, which use the 2-bolt cleat standard (SPD standard), e.g.: Shimano SPD, Time ATAC, CrankBrothers, CrankBrothers Race, Look MTB, Xtreme MTB, Wellgo MTB, Ritchey MTB. Also suitable for indoor trainers in gyms etc.
