Fizik Terra Ergolace X2 Off Road Shoes

The Terra Ergolace X2 mountain bike shoes are wonderfully versatile and rugged performers that love nothing more than going on an off-road adventure, whether that's an alpine tour or a short but fun-packed trail spin. The Ergolace pattern is engineered to provide a stable pedalling platform while the ergonomic lace-up closure is reliable in all weathers - simple to use, lightweight and easy to replace if and when needed.

The upper is made from a tough ripstop woven fabric that resists tearing while a PU laminated toecap and side reinforcements enhance durability and keep your feet nicely protected from trail debris and unexpected root and rock strikes. While many MTB shoes can look bulky, Fizik have been careful to keep the silhouette low-profile so you'll not look out of place when you're off the bike and exploring by foot. 

X2 Outsole + Vibram Megagrip

Next comes the X2 outsole. This is a versatile sole unit engineered to balance efficient power-transfer and the flexibility to make those times your off the bike comfortable too. An EVA midsole offers both cushioning and stability, while the Vibram Megagrip rubber tread offers tenacious grip no matter what the conditions are underfoot. Once clipped into your pedals the directional lug pattern offers confidence-inspiring security while the spacing and depth hold firm in soft dirt and on slick rocks. The X2s also features an extended cleat track, with more set back and greater flexibility for choosing cleat placement.
